No two sessions are the same at Fortitude Fitness Liverpool
One day you’ll be training with our iconic M.T.P (Mobile Training Platform) using barbells and battle ropes. The next taking part in one of our iconic outdoor workouts focuses on endurance training, using the terrain and obstacles you come across. The next you’ll be working as a team, tackling military inspired workouts, and carrying equipment and stretchers across various terrain. Your next day could be recovery, taking part in one of our live mobility sessions, or yoga classes.
