No two sessions are the same at Fortitude Fitness Bolton. 

One day you’ll be training at The Bunker using barbells, dumbbells, assault bikes, and rowers or taking part in one of our iconic outdoor workouts which focuses on endurance training, using the terrain and obstacles you come across. The next you’ll be working as a team, tackling military inspired workouts, and carrying equipment and stretchers across various terrain. Your next day could be recovery, taking part in one of our live mobility sessions, or yoga classes.

Fortitude Fitness incorporates the latest military methodology combined with cutting-edge training programs to deliver results-driven workouts.
