The professionals we're looking for need to be able to:
- Build a team and fitness community from scratch. You will need to inspire people in their local area to get fit.
- Work unsociable hours, operating outdoors, sometimes in cold and wet conditions.
- Be physically fit, have a genuine interest in fitness and hold a fitness qualification (either military or civilian quals).
- Be in charge of your own destiny and have autonomy to develop your business within your area of operation.
- Have a desire to help people change their life for the better.
