Drew Blofeld

Drew Blowfeld

 After spending 8 years serving in the Army as a Royal Engineer. With over 6 year’s experience as an Army Physical training instructor, his career has been dedicated to providing high quality training for soldiers and new recruits preparing them for the physical and mental challenges they will face.
During this time he obtained a wide variety of qualifications, from personal training, strength and conditioning and sports massage. Drew is currently enrolled at The University of Kent and is studying to achieve a (BSC) hons degree in sports therapy and rehabilitation.
Drew has a passion for instructing and focused his enthusiasm for fitness on the commercial market, where he has managed boot camps, built up a network of personal training clients and delivered fitness courses, as well as providing fitness training for local schools, training sports teams and delivering corporate team building packages.
Drew is passionate and enthusiastic about all areas of fitness and has a passion for coaching and instructing, which is always clear to see when ever he delivers to students.

If this is how you are feeling and you just need someone to push you, then I am the guy for you! Don’t worry about planning your workouts, finding the motivation or figuring out the best way to get fit! That is what I am here for!

Together we will figure out the best workout routine for you that not only fits around you and your life, but you also enjoy! Whether that is group-based workouts, weightlifting, sport-specific training, or a mixture of all we will work together to get the most out of your training and have lots of fun while doing it!

My own fitness journey has taken me from weight loss to gaining muscle mass and I have tried and tested a variety of training styles and techniques. This has been enhanced by my qualifications and now I want to share my knowledge with you!

I served 8 years in the  Royal Marine Commandos with multiple tours of Afghanistan and Iraq within that time. 

Having spent 15 years working in hostile environments conducting close protection with little or no equipment I have developed a unique training methodology where I like to take things back to basic and fundamental movements to hone the body and hit all key areas. This has enabled me to maintain peak fitness levels at all times. This is either by body weight circuits or using basic equipment found anywhere 

I now have a passion for Ironman’s and triathlons, having competed and finished both with my aim of competing in multiple events next year.

Stuart served 8 years in the British Army.  Over the course of his career, he was responsible for the training and development of hundreds of military recruits.

After a tour of Afghanistan, Stuart completed his Physical Training Instructor course and was posted to the Army Foundation College in Harrogate. Whilst there, he began working for BMF. Stuart has been training BMF members for more than 10 years and still loves every single session!

Hi I’m Jack! I have worked in the Fitness industry now for the last six years. I specialise in Olympic lifting, strength, conditioning & rehabilitation, athletic performance, and general fitness goals.

Jamie is one of our female coaches at Fortitude.
A full time firefighter with a passion for strength and conditioning , with focus on bodybuilding and body transformation. Jamie plans to compete at natural bodybuilding this year.
She will be putting you through the passes and teaching you the basic fundamentals of weightlifting and strength training

I have been an instructor for 12 years, working at Liverpool’s Sefton and Calderstones Parks, Birkenhead Park and Chester’s Westminster Park.

In respect of my military background, between 1999 and 2007 I served as a reserve soldier with 75 Engineer Regiment and 4 Para.

I hold a Level 2 qualification in Outdoor Circuit Training along with a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.

I also hold a Level 3 Self Defence Instructor qualification.

Vince Ciolino

Vince Ciolino is an experienced Bootcamp instructor and a Personal Trainer combining knowledge and experience to deliver fun, engaging and effective training for all abilities.
Over the last decade, he has led over 5000 classes in some of London’s busiest parks, after having served in the British Army honing his skills. He now divides his time between teaching classes at Fortitude, Online Coaching, and running in order to discover York and surrounding areas.
